The Formative Years
We have documented in Blogspot Nashspinner’s conquests over an 11-year period, from 2007 to his last match in 2018, when he graduated from college.
Take a peek into one highlight in Nashspinner’s Table Tennis career. In 2014, Nashspinner achieved his first major milestone in Competitive Table Tennis when he won the Men’s Open Event in the arguably biggest tournament in the Philippines at the time—the Binay Cup.
It took seven long years to cook the coveted Binay Cup Men’s Open crown! What made that victory so special was the fact that he completed his quest, starting in 2007, for the gold across all age groups, in that prestigious tournament.
For the 16-year-old incoming college freshman and his dad-cum-handler, it was a heady reward that they both savored like a 100-year-old Barolo.
